Emerald soybean milk

Ingredients:
10 g Alfalfa sprouts
200 g Japanese edible soybeans
2 cup Low fat milk or plain yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Honey

Method:

  1. Rinse alfalfa sprouts and drain excess water
  2. Rinse Japanese edible soybeans and cook in boiling water with salt. Drain and allow to cool in a bowl of ice cubes. Drain excess water again.
  3. Add milk or yogurt, Soybeans and honey into juicer and mix well. Pour mixture into glass and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
Function:
Rich in proteins, minerals and fibre. Has slimming effects, beautifies the complexion weakening of the bones.


*PS:Yogurt is the result of milk cultured with bacteria and contains many essential nutrients. The presence of active yogurt cultures makes it easily absorbed and digested by the human body.
