Lime and Tangerine juice

Ingredients:
1 Tangerine
10 Calamansi limes
1 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Honey

Method:

  1. Squeeze calamansi lime juice into glass and remove seeds.
  2. Peel tangerine, divide into sections and remove seeds. Add tangerine into juicer and mix well. Strain.
  3. Pour tangerine juice and calamamsi lime juice into shaker. Add honey and lime juice and shake well.
Function:
Lime is a good source of iron, while tangerine helps increase metabolism. Such a combination will help regulate blood circulation.

Kiwi fruit and Vegetable juice

Ingredients:
2 Kiwi fruit
1 Small cucumber
2 Big leaves of cabbage
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Lime juice

Method:

  1. Rinse and peel kiwi fruit and cut into pieces. Rinse small cucumber and cabbage and cut into pieces.
  2. Add above ingredients into juicer, mix well, and pour through strainer into glass.
  3. Stir in honey and lime juice.
Function:
Kiwi fruit helps protect the skin from dry elements. Cabbage and small cucumber also help provide moisture to the skin.


*PS: Peel and thinly slice a small cucumber and apple onto the face or the eye area. It conditions the skin and eliminates dark circles under the eyes.

Grapefruit and pineapple

Ingredients:
1 Grapefruit
100 g Fresh pineapple
1 tbsp Honey
30 ml Cultured milk drink

Method:

  1. Cut grapefruit in half, remove seeds, and extract juice using a citrus press.
  2. Remove skin from pineapple, and cut into half. Remove core and cut pineapple into pieces. Add 100 g pineapple, grapefruit juice and cultured milk drink into juicer, and mix well. Strain
  3. Stir in honey and lime juice.

Grapefruit juice

Ingredients:
2 Grapefruits
1/2 cup Crushed ice
1 tbsp Honey

Method:

  1. Cut grapefruits in halves, remove seeds, and extract juice using a citrus press
  2. Pour into shaker, stir in crushed ice and honey and shake well.

Function:
High amounts of fibre in grapefruit, and organic acids in pineapple will significantly aid in movement of bowels.

Emerald soybean milk

Ingredients:
10 g Alfalfa sprouts
200 g Japanese edible soybeans
2 cup Low fat milk or plain yogurt
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Honey

Method:

  1. Rinse alfalfa sprouts and drain excess water
  2. Rinse Japanese edible soybeans and cook in boiling water with salt. Drain and allow to cool in a bowl of ice cubes. Drain excess water again.
  3. Add milk or yogurt, Soybeans and honey into juicer and mix well. Pour mixture into glass and garnish with alfalfa sprouts.
Function:
Rich in proteins, minerals and fibre. Has slimming effects, beautifies the complexion weakening of the bones.


*PS:Yogurt is the result of milk cultured with bacteria and contains many essential nutrients. The presence of active yogurt cultures makes it easily absorbed and digested by the human body.

Dioscorea Root And Pumpkin Juice

Ingredients:
150 g Pumpkin
100 g Mountain yam
2 cup Unsweetened soybean milk
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp Honey

Method:

  1. Rinse pumpkin and remove skin and seeds. Cut into pieces and steam in wok. Rinse and peel fresh dioscorea root and cut into pieces.
  2. Briefly roast pumpkin seeds in oven.
  3. Add pumpkin slices and dioscorea root in juicer. Add unsweetened soybean milk and honey and mix well. Pour into glass and garnish with roasted pumpkin seeds.
function:
Rich in beta carotene, fibre, and proteins. Strengthens weak body constitution, and fights fatigue.


*PS:Besides glucose and fructose, honey also contains traces of pollen which cause small sugar crystals to form if the honey is kept for too long. Neutral in energy and sweet in taste, honey nourishes, dissolves phlegm and tonifies the lungs. There is no side effect even when used in excess in fruit and vegetable juices.

Amber Energy Drink

Ingredients:
2 ripe tomatoes
1/2 carrot
1/2 apple
1 sick celery
2 tbsp honey

Method:

  1. Rinse tomato and remove stalk. Carve a cross on one end and blanch in hot water. Drain excess water, peel and cut into pieces.
  2. Rinse and peel carrot. Rinse celery, remove tough layers, and cut into pieces. Rinse and peel apple. Remove seeds and cut into pieces.
  3. Add above ingredients into juicer and mix well. Stir in honey.

Function:
Beautifies the complexion, and strengthens weak body constitution. Ascorbic acid in tomatoes also has a slimming effect...


*PS: Apple contains a host of vitamins and minerals, but these are all easily absorbed by the body. When regularly eaten or applied as a mask, it radiates dull and lifeless skin blemished by brown spots or pigmentation problems.
